I woke up really happy this morning after hearing some good news! So I decided to make my morning dazzle even more with this energy boosting delicious smoothie after my cardio session 🙂
Recipe:
4 cups organic kale leaves
1/2 an organic avocado
2 cups organic swiss chard leaves
1 small organic granny smith apple
1 organic kiwi
1 small organic frozen banana
3 tbsp organic hemp seeds
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk/or water
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Top with chia seeds and other fun fruit toppings of choice.
