BLOOD PURIFIER JUICE

As much as I love having my green smoothies everyday, I also enjoy juicing every other day! Juicing fruits and vegetables are equally important as well as very essential to your diet because it extracts all of the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes from the juice, resulting in a very concentrated liquid loaded with nutrition. Plus it is a very easy way to get your vitamin C, which will help build your immune system by making it more immune to illnesses and infections (like the flu). There are two kinds of juicers; centrifugal juicers and masticating juicers. Centrifugal juicers, which are basically the most common juicers, use a higher RPM which enables the blade to spin quite effectively to extract the juices from the fruit and vegetable. The higher the brand of the juicer, the more effective the spin power on the blade is.

However, the spinning blades in centrifugal juicers create heat, which may destroy some of the enzymes in the products you are juicing. Masticating juicers on the other hand, use a lower RPM, which may make the juicing process slower but is known to preserve the enzymes in the juice. The only two masticating juicers currently available are the Nitron and the Omega juicers. However, after an extensive amount of research, I have concluded that both juicers may serve different benefits in terms of efficiency, but that is as far as it goes. The heat created by the spinning blades in the centrifugal juicers is not enough to destroy all the enzymes or cause a lack of nutrients in the product, but this also depends on the brand you buy. I find that the cheaper brands like the Hamilton Beach or the Bosch juicers have a less efficient blade spinner which creates a poor quality juice, plus the cheaper you go, the poorer the quality, which would also amount to little or no enzymes left in the juice. I would suggest saving up and getting a good quality juicer (I own a Breville, and I endorse it!). If you also feel more comfortable purchasing a masticating juicer, the brands listed above can be purchased online. Just purchase a good quality juicer and juice away!
