Easy peasy “too lazy to make a fancy dinner” dinner 🙂 I have quite a bit of tilapia in my freezer and i’m trying to use it all up before I get bored!
Recipe:
1/2 pound large tilapia fillet
A handful of veggies of choice (I used Broccoli, mushrooms, red onions, garlic, zucchini, asparagus, and yellow bell peppers).
1 tsp mrs dash all spice blend
1/4 tsp curry
1/4 tsp black pepper
*spices of choice
Organic extra virgin olive oil (for tilapia and sautéing vegetables)
Set your oven settings to broil.
Prepare your tilapia. Season tilapia with 1/2 tsp mrs dash spice blend and remaining spices. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil to make sure that the spices spread out evenly.
Line a baking sheet with foil paper and place tilapia in the oven. Broil for 10 minutes and set aside when ready.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tsp of olive oil.
Sauté your vegetables with 1/2 a tsp of mrs dash spice blend and spices/seasonings of choice. You can add a little bit of water if your skillet it slightly dry.
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for for 3 minutes.
When ready, serve veggies with tilapia and enjoy!
