An awesome refreshing smoothie for a perfect monday afternoon! At least before work….blah!
Recipe:
1/2 cup organic frozen wild blueberries
1 medium organic banana
1 tsp organic mint leaves (optional)
1 scoop garden life raw vanilla protein powder (or regular whey isolate)
1 tbsp organic raw peanut butter
1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk
3-4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then gulp!
