Can’t get anymore primal than this! Easy, protein packed, and yummy caveman dinner.
Recipe:
Salmon
A handful of asparagus
1 cup organic field greens
1/2 tsp organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp organic pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp Mrs dash garlic and herbs spice (salt free)
A dash of curry
A dash of sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, or heat up your grill.
Season salmon with remaining ingredients and place in the oven for 20 minutes, 10 minutes on each side.
When ready, serve with steamed asparagus and field green vegetables. You can also drizzle a little bit of olive oil on the asparagus if you prefer.
