SIMPLE GLUTEN FREE/PALEO BREAD

Yes!!! Finally a gluten free and paleo bread recipe that tastes amazing and is 100% clean! When I wen’t gluten free I had to come to terms with the disturbing reality that I had to give up bread, and if I really had a bread craving I would have to settle for store bought gluten free bread. Sadly, the store bought versions aren’t very palatable, which made it even more frustrating because I started craving regular bread that had gluten. However, after searching for over a dozen homemade gluten free bread options, I finally found one that I endorse. It looks like something a caveman made (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing), but it is very rich, filling, and delicious 🙂 No more gluten cravings! And it’s so easy even a caveman can do it 😉

Recipe:

1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp gluten free baking soda
4-5 organic cage free eggs
1/4 cup organic coconut oil
1 tsp organic raw honey
1 tbsp raw unfiltered apple sider vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine wet and dry ingredients separately in a medium bowl before bringing them together.
Pour batter into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
When ready, serve with side of choice, I had mine with raw almond butter and apple butter.
